VICKERS 2520V17A11 1DD22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial fluid power applications, the Vickers 2520V17A11 1DD22R is a double vane pump from the Vickers V Series, built on a cast iron housing for durability in continuous-duty environments. The intra-vane cartridge design contributes to reduced noise levels and supports excellent volumetric efficiency, characteristics that matter in cycles-intensive applications such as plastic injection molding, metal cutting, and dump truck or wheel loader hydraulic circuits.

Buna-N seals make this pump well suited for standard petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, and the pump is rated at a flow output of approximately 121 L/min. The series is also applied in oil and gas support equipment where reliable, consistent flow delivery is required. This unit fits replacement and new-build requirements across a range of mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.

got a machine that runs all day, is this 2520V17A11 pump built for continuous duty or is it more of an on and off thing
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 4, 2026, 6:51 AM
Built around a cast iron housing, the 2520V17A11 1DD22R is aimed at continuous duty in demanding industrial fluid power work, especially in cycle-heavy equipment.

Got a worn-out double vane pump on a plastic injection press and need something that ain't gonna be loud as all get out when it runs. This the right pump for that kind of application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 21, 2025, 6:44 AM
Injection molding is actually one of the primary applications this pump was built around, so you're on the right track. The intra-vane cartridge design is specifically what keeps noise levels down compared to older vane pump configurations, and that matters a lot when the machine is running through cycles all day. The cast iron housing holds up well in continuous-duty setups, and the Buna-N seals are compatible with standard petroleum-based hydraulic fluid, which is what most press circuits run. Flow output sits at around 121 liters per minute, so confirm that lines up with what your press circuit calls for before ordering.

Reckon this pump would hold up alright in a metal cutting shop running near constant?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 4, 2026, 4:56 PM
Absolutely. This Vickers vane pump is built with a cast iron housing specifically for durability in continuous-duty industrial environments like metal cutting.
