Flow rate on this one's listed just over 121 liters a minute. That's the combined output from both pump sections, right, or just one side?

That 121.2 litre per minute figure is the total combined output from both sections of the double pump configuration. Being a 2520 series unit, it pairs two vane pump sections in a single assembly, and that flow rating reflects what you're getting out of the whole unit together, not just one half.
