VICKERS F3 2520V14A8 1AA22R

Description & Features

A cast iron vane pump built for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers F3 2520V14A8 1AA22R delivers a flow rate of approximately 121.2 litres per minute and uses an intra-vane cartridge design that reduces operating noise while maintaining strong volumetric efficiency. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility with standard hydraulic oils across a broad range of service conditions.

Part of the Vickers V Series from Danfoss/Eaton, this pump is suited for metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas applications. The VHO series construction reflects a design emphasis on consistent output and mechanical durability in high-cycle environments.

reckon this would be alright for a dump truck?

Application-wise, yes, the Vickers F3 2520V14A8 1AA22R is indeed suitable for dump trucks, along with other applications like metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding, wheel loaders, and use in oil and gas.
Question by: Cody R on Apr 6, 2025, 4:25 PM
Got a plastic injection molding machine that needs a new vane pump and the original one's been giving us grief for a while now. This 2520V14A8 putting out around 121 liters a minute, is that the kind of flow we'd expect to see in regular operation?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 8, 2025, 9:25 AM
Running at approximately 121.2 litres per minute, that output is well within the range of what injection molding circuits typically demand at steady state. The cast iron housing holds up to the kind of repetitive high-cycle loading those machines put on a pump day in and day out, and the intra-vane cartridge design keeps volumetric efficiency where it needs to be so you're not chasing pressure drops mid-cycle. Buna-N seals mean standard hydraulic oil is all you need to run it without any fluid compatibility headaches.
