flow rate on this pump is listed in liters per minute, anybody know what that works out to roughly in GPM for a 3520V30A12?

Running that conversion, 121.23 litres per minute comes out to roughly 32 GPM. For most hydraulic system sizing work in the field, that's a solid reference point when you're matching it to your circuit requirements.
