VICKERS 3520V35A14 1AA22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the Vickers 3520V35A14 1AA22R is a double vane pump from the V Series, built on an innovative intra-vane cartridge design that delivers excellent volumetric efficiency while reducing operating noise. The cast iron housing provides structural durability across a range of high-demand environments, and Buna-N seals support reliable fluid compatibility in standard hydraulic fluid service.

With a flow rate of approximately 121 litres per minute, this pump is well suited for use in metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, oil and gas applications, dump trucks, and wheel loaders. Part of the Vickers VHO series, a product line now marketed under Danfoss/Eaton, it reflects the engineering continuity that makes Vickers vane pumps a recognised choice in mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits.

Question by: Norm C on Dec 8, 2025, 8:05 PM
What kind of applications is this pump actually built for? Got a dump truck and a plastic injection mold press and trying to figure out if one pump could work across both setups.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 10, 2025, 7:27 AM
Built right into the design of this pump are the application types you're describing. The 3520V35A14 1AA22R is rated for dump truck use and plastic injection molding both, along with metal cutting equipment, wheel loaders, and oil and gas service. Running around 121 litres per minute, it moves enough fluid to handle the demands of those kinds of machines. Whether you'd plumb one pump into two separate circuits is a system design question, but the pump itself is spec'd for both those environments without any issue.

Reckon this'll hold up okay in an oil field application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 13, 2025, 9:44 PM
Application in oil and gas environments is a good fit. The cast iron housing offers structural durability, and the Buna-N seals provide the fluid compatibility needed for standard hydraulic fluid service.
