flow rate on this one is listed in liters -- what does that work out to in gallons per minute roughly?

Running the conversion, 121.23 liters per minute comes out to right around 32 gallons per minute. That puts it solidly in the range for mid-to-high demand hydraulic circuits, so if your system is sized around GPM targets, that number should give you a clear picture of where this pump fits.
