Reckon this'd be alright for plastic injection moldin'?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 16, 2026, 6:04 PM
It's designed for demanding industrial jobs, including plastic injection molding, so it should be a good fit.
Question by: Peggy W on Jul 16, 2025, 9:52 PM
pump puts out around 121 liters a minute -- is that flow rate consistent across the load range or does it drop off under heavier pressure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 18, 2025, 7:53 AM
Volumetric efficiency is one of the things this series is specifically built around. The intra-vane cartridge design keeps flow more stable under load than a lot of standard vane pumps. You won't get perfectly flat output across every condition, but the VHO series was engineered to hold efficiency well, which is why it shows up in demanding cycles like plastic injection molding and metal cutting where inconsistent flow causes real problems.
