what kind of machines is this pump actually used on? trying to figure out if it fits our setup before we pull the trigger on ordering

Pretty broad range of applications, honestly. These pumps get used on press machines, die casting equipment, machine tools, and plastics machinery. You'll also find them running in pulp and paper use, wood processing lines, oil and gas systems, and marine hydraulic setups. General industrial circuits are fair game too. If your equipment falls into any of those categories, this pump is well within its intended use.

Will this work okay with standard hydraulic fluid?
