Running a dump truck hydraulic setup and need something that ain't gonna sound like a jackhammer under the hood. This pump gonna be reasonably quiet?

Noise reduction is actually one of the standout traits on this unit. The intra-vane cartridge design was built specifically to cut down on operational noise compared to standard vane pump configurations. For a dump truck application, that means less vibration noise bleeding into the cab and a generally smoother running system. Cast iron construction also helps dampen sound versus lighter housings. It won't run silent, but it's noticeably quieter than a lot of comparable pumps in this class.
