Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Freddie H on Jan 2, 2026, 2:43 PM
Been running vane pumps on our press equipment for years and noise has always been a headache. Does the design on this one actually do anything to bring that down, or is that just marketing talk?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 4, 2026, 6:17 AM
The intra-vane cartridge design in the 3525V series genuinely addresses noise as a core engineering goal, not just a selling point. That cartridge configuration keeps the vanes loaded more consistently through rotation, which cuts down on the slap and chatter you get with conventional vane pump designs. For cycle-intensive press applications specifically, that adds up to a noticeable difference over a full shift.
