VICKERS-3525V30A21 1DD22L

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the Vickers 3525V30A21 1DD22L is a dual-section vane pump from the Vickers V Series, now produced under the Danfoss/Eaton brand. Built around an innovative intra-vane cartridge design, this pump delivers excellent volumetric efficiency while reducing operating noise, characteristics that make it well suited for metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas applications.

The pump is constructed from cast iron with Buna-N seals, providing reliable performance across a range of hydraulic fluids and duty cycles. It falls within the VHO series and delivers a flow rate of approximately 121.2 litres per minute, making it appropriate for medium-to-high flow hydraulic circuits in mobile and industrial settings.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Chad P on Jul 13, 2025, 9:59 AM
Reckon this vane pump could handle running steady in a plastic injection molding setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 15, 2025, 6:31 AM
This Vickers vane pump is indeed suitable for plastic injection molding equipment, along with metal cutting machinery, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas applications.
Question by: Brenda M on Dec 5, 2025, 1:35 PM
pump puts out around 121 liters a minute -- is that split between the two sections or is that the combined output?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 7, 2025, 8:32 AM
That 121.23 litres per minute figure reflects the total combined output of both sections working together. Being a dual-section vane pump, each section contributes to that overall flow. It's a solid flow rate for medium-to-high demand hydraulic circuits, which is exactly the kind of work this pump is built around.
