A double-pump configuration built on Vickers' 3525V series, the Vickers 3525V35A21 11AA22R is a cast iron vane pump delivering a flow rate of approximately 121.2 litres per minute. The intra-vane cartridge design reduces noise while maintaining excellent volumetric efficiency, a practical advantage in continuous-duty industrial environments.
Sealed with Buna-N for reliable compatibility across common hydraulic fluids, this pump is suited to a broad range of industrial applications including machine tools, press machinery, die casting, plastics machinery, primary metals processing, pulp and paper, wood processing, oil and gas, marine, and general industrial use. The cast iron housing provides the structural durability expected in demanding industrial service.

Will this double pump work okay for plastics machinery, like injection molding or extrusion?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 20, 2025, 11:34 AM
For plastics machinery, this Vickers double vane pump should be a good fit given its design to handle continuous-duty industrial environments. It is also suitable for machine tools, press machinery and die casting.

Flow rate on this one shows around 121 liters a minute, that kind of output gonna hold up running continuous duty on a press line without dropping off?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 4, 2025, 8:06 AM
Vane pumps in this series are built with volumetric efficiency as a core priority, and the intra-vane cartridge design is specifically what keeps that efficiency from degrading the way older vane designs tend to under sustained load. Press machinery is actually one of the listed applications for this pump, so continuous-duty press line work is squarely in its wheelhouse. The cast iron housing adds to that durability picture, holding up better than aluminum under the kind of heat and pressure cycling a press environment throws at it.
