VICKERS 3525V38A17 1AA22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the Vickers 3525V38A17 1AA22R is a double vane pump from the Vickers V Series, built on an innovative intra-vane cartridge design that reduces operating noise while maintaining excellent volumetric efficiency. The cast iron construction provides durability across high-cycle environments, and Buna-N seals make it well suited for standard hydraulic fluid service.

With a flow rate of approximately 121.2 litres per minute, this pump is sized for medium-to-high flow circuit demands. It fits a broad range of industrial sectors, including metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, oil and gas applications, dump trucks, and wheel loaders. The VHO series designation reflects its compatibility with Vickers interchangeable cartridge components, supporting straightforward maintenance and parts replacement in the field.

Question by: Brent M on Dec 5, 2025, 9:02 PM
got a double vane pump application running metal cutting equipment and need something that can keep up with decent flow demand, this unit putting out around 121 liters a minute, that right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 7, 2025, 11:00 AM
Yeah, 121.2 liters per minute is the rated flow on this one. For metal cutting machinery that needs sustained medium-to-high flow, that output puts it in a solid range. The cast iron housing holds up well in high-cycle environments, which is pretty much what metal cutting runs are all about.
