Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Lyle C on Jan 19, 2026, 11:52 AM
Flow rate on this one is listed at 121 liters a minute, that hold up in continuous industrial use, like on a plastics machine runnin most of the day?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 20, 2026, 6:42 PM
For plastics machinery, that flow rate is right in the wheelhouse of what these pumps are built for. The 3525V series is listed specifically for plastics machinery applications, and the intra-vane cartridge design helps maintain volumetric efficiency even under sustained load conditions. Cast iron construction also holds up better than aluminum alternatives when a machine is cycling hard through long shifts. You're not going to get the same output degradation you'd see in a lower-grade pump running at similar demand levels.
