VICKERS 4520V42A8-1CC22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial fluid power applications, the Vickers 4520V42A8-1CC22R is a cast iron vane pump from the Vhо series, engineered for consistent performance across heavy-duty environments. Its intra-vane cartridge design contributes to reduced noise levels and excellent volumetric efficiency, qualities that matter in cycle-intensive settings such as plastic injection molding, metal cutting, and dump truck hydraulic systems.

The pump delivers a flow rate of approximately 121.2 litres per minute and uses Buna-N seals, making it well suited for standard hydraulic oil circuits. Wheel loader and oil and gas applications are also listed among its intended uses, reflecting the design's broad compatibility across mobile and stationary industrial equipment. The cast iron housing supports durability in high-demand environments where structural integrity is a priority.

What kind of jobs is this Vickers pump really built for? Seems like you could put it on most anything.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 9, 2025, 6:49 AM
Real-world usage includes plastic injection molding, metal cutting, and hydraulic dump truck systems. It's also suitable for wheel loaders and oil and gas applications.
Question by: Judy Y on Jun 18, 2025, 7:49 PM
flow rate on this one is listed in liters, anybody know what that works out to in gallons per minute for us folks running standard equipment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 20, 2025, 1:27 PM
121.2 litres per minute comes out to roughly 32 gallons per minute. That puts it solidly in the mid-to-high range for vane pumps of this class, so if your system is sized around that kind of output, this unit should line up fine.
