pump puts out around 121 liters a minute -- is that gonna hold up running it on a dump truck day in and day out?

For dump truck use, that flow rate fits right in line with what this pump was built for. It's listed as one of the intended applications, and the cast iron housing is what you'd want on equipment that takes a beating in field conditions. The intra-vane cartridge design also helps keep volumetric efficiency consistent over time, which matters when you're cycling the bed multiple times a day. Buna-N seals are standard for petroleum-based hydraulic fluid, so as long as you're running conventional hydraulic oil, the seal compatibility lines up.
