VICKERS 4520V60A12 1BA22L

Description & Features

Built on an innovative intra-vane cartridge design, the Vickers 4520V60A12 1BA22L is a cast iron vane pump engineered for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits. The intra-vane configuration reduces operating noise while maintaining excellent volumetric efficiency across a range of load conditions.

Rated for a flow rate of approximately 121 litres per minute, this pump suits high-output applications including metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas systems. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility with standard hydraulic oils. Part of the Vickers VHO series, this unit is manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton.

Question by: Travis J on Apr 19, 2025, 7:05 PM
What kind of machinery does this pump work with? I'm thinking about getting it for my shop.
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 21, 2025, 4:30 PM
This Vickers vane pump is suitable for metal cutting machinery and plastic injection molding equipment, as well as dump trucks and wheel loaders. It can also be used in oil and gas systems.
Question by: Shane C on Dec 31, 2025, 11:51 AM
Running about 121 liters a minute is a solid output, is that flow rate typical for what this pump gets used on, like injection molding machines or dump trucks?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 1, 2026, 3:11 PM
For those kinds of applications, yeah, that flow rate fits right in. Plastic injection molding equipment and dump trucks both run high-demand hydraulic circuits, and pulling around 121 liters per minute gives you enough output to keep those systems moving without starving the actuators. Wheel loaders and metal cutting machinery are also on that list, so this pump covers a pretty wide range of heavy-duty work where consistent volume matters.
