We run a decent-sized dump truck fleet and been lookin at replacing some worn-out pumps. This a double vane setup or just a single?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 25, 2025, 9:08 PM
Double vane, yes. The 4520V50A5 1AA22R is built as a double vane pump, which makes it well suited for the kind of medium-to-high flow demands you'd see in dump truck applications. It puts out right around 121 litres per minute, so it carries enough flow to handle those circuits without breaking a sweat. The cast iron housing holds up well in fleet-level use, and the Viton seals give you good resistance in conditions where heat and fluid exposure are a regular concern.
