Question by: Vince F on Oct 8, 2025, 4:15 PM
been running a lot of vane pumps in our plastics lines and noise has always been a headache, does this one actually run quieter or is that just marketing talk?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 10, 2025, 6:52 AM
The intra-vane cartridge design on this pump is a real engineering difference, not a tagline. That cartridge geometry keeps the vanes loaded more smoothly against the cam ring, which cuts down on the mechanical slapping and pressure spikes that cause most of the racket in standard vane pumps. For plastics machinery applications specifically, that noise reduction tends to be noticeable in day-to-day operation.
