VICKERS 4525V50A14 1AA22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the Vickers 4525V50A14 1AA22R is a double vane pump from the Vickers V Series, manufactured by Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton. Built with a cast iron housing and Buna-N seals, it delivers a flow rate of approximately 121.2 litres per minute, making it well-suited for high-demand hydraulic circuits.

The pump's intra-vane cartridge design contributes to reduced noise levels and strong volumetric efficiency, characteristics that matter in environments such as metal cutting, plastic injection molding, oil and gas, dump trucks, and wheel loaders. Part of the VHO series, this unit is a reliable choice where consistent hydraulic output and long service life are priorities.

Question by: Diane T on Aug 25, 2025, 4:11 PM
Flow rate on this thing is listed around 121 liters a minute, that accurate for what you'd see running it in a real shop setup, like on a metal cutting machine?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 27, 2025, 6:06 AM
Yeah, 121.2 liters per minute is the rated flow for this pump under normal operating conditions. For metal cutting applications that's a solid output, and the intra-vane cartridge design helps maintain that flow efficiently without a lot of wasted energy or excess noise. Cast iron housing keeps it durable enough for the kind of continuous demand you'd see on a production floor.
