VICKERS 4525V50A21 1AD22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers 4525V50A21 1AD22R is a double vane pump from the Vickers V Series, manufactured in cast iron for durability under sustained hydraulic duty. Its innovative intra-vane cartridge design contributes to reduced operating noise and excellent volumetric efficiency, two characteristics that matter in precision-sensitive or high-cycle applications.

Buna-N seals are fitted as standard, making this pump well suited for use with common petroleum-based hydraulic fluids. The 4525V Series is applied across a broad range of industrial sectors, including plastics machinery, press and die casting equipment, machine tools, test equipment, primary metals processing, pulp and paper, wood processing, oil and gas, marine, and general industrial hydraulic circuits.

Question by: Gary W on Apr 26, 2025, 2:17 PM
Been running a lot of plastics machinery and always fighting pump noise issues. This a quieter unit compared to standard vane pumps?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 28, 2025, 7:46 AM
Noise reduction is actually one of the main things that sets this pump apart. The intra-vane cartridge design was built specifically to bring operating noise down, which makes a real difference in high-cycle environments like plastics machinery. Volumetric efficiency stays strong too, so you're not sacrificing output to get that quieter operation.
