VICKERS-4525V60A17 86BC22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the VICKERS-4525V60A17 86BC22R is a double vane pump from the Vickers V Series, manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton. Built from cast iron with Buna-N seals, it delivers a flow rate of approximately 121.23 litres per minute, making it well-suited for high-output hydraulic systems across a broad range of industries.

The 4525V Series features an innovative intra-vane cartridge design that reduces noise while maintaining excellent volumetric efficiency. Typical applications include press machinery, die casting equipment, machine tools, plastics machinery, test equipment, primary metal processing, pulp and paper, wood processing, oil and gas, marine, and general industrial use.

Reckon this'll bolt right up where my old Vickers pump was? Same footprint and all?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 1, 2026, 2:41 PM
Installation shouldn't be a headache. This 4525V60A17 is part of the Vickers V Series, so if you're replacing another V Series pump, you should find the dimensions pretty close. Double-check the product width spec of 8.38 inches against your existing setup just to be sure.

Running a press setup and trying to figure out if this pump can keep up with the flow demands. That 121 litres per minute figure, is that the actual output we'd expect under normal working conditions?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 19, 2025, 6:44 AM
For a double vane pump in the 4525V Series, that flow rate of roughly 121.23 litres per minute reflects what this unit is built to deliver in a high-output hydraulic circuit. Press machinery is actually one of the core applications this pump was developed around, so it fits right in that environment. The cast iron construction holds up well under the kind of continuous demand a press puts on a hydraulic system, and the intra-vane cartridge design keeps volumetric efficiency high, meaning you're not losing much of that rated flow to internal slip.
