VICKERS 4535V42A25 1AA22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers 4535V Series vane pump delivers a flow rate of approximately 121 litres per minute, making it well-suited for high-output hydraulic systems across a broad range of applications. Its cast iron construction provides durability under continuous-duty conditions, while Buna-N seals offer reliable compatibility with standard hydraulic fluids.

The Vickers 4535V42A25 1AA22R features an innovative intra-vane cartridge design that contributes to reduced noise levels and strong volumetric efficiency. Typical application areas include plastics machinery, press machines, die casting, machine tools, primary metal processing, pulp and paper, wood processing, oil and gas, marine, and general industrial use.

Supplied by Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton, this pump is part of the established V Series product line and is stocked to support both OEM and replacement requirements across a wide range of industrial hydraulic circuits.

Question by: Dean J on Apr 14, 2025, 8:43 PM
Running a press machine that's been eating pumps left and right. Heard vane pumps hold up better for continuous duty than what we got now. This a cast iron unit or one of them cheaper alloy housings?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 16, 2025, 12:26 PM
Cast iron all the way through on this one. That matters a lot in press applications where heat cycles and pressure spikes are constant. The 4535V series is built for exactly that kind of continuous industrial punishment, and the intra-vane cartridge design helps keep noise down while maintaining strong volumetric efficiency over time. A lot of shops running press machines, die casting lines, and primary metal equipment have standardized on this series for that reason.
