VICKERS 4535V50A25 86DD22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic systems, the Vickers 4535V50A25 86DD22R is a double vane pump built on the proven 4535V series platform. Constructed from cast iron with Buna-N seals, it is suited for continuous-duty use across a wide range of industrial environments.

The intra-vane cartridge design reduces operating noise while maintaining excellent volumetric efficiency, a practical advantage in applications where consistent output and lower acoustic levels matter. Typical end uses include plastics machinery, press machines, die casting equipment, machine tools, test equipment, primary metal processing, pulp and paper, wood processing, oil and gas, and marine environments, as well as general industrial hydraulic circuits.

Question by: Eddie K on Jun 27, 2025, 11:00 AM
We run a double vane pump setup on our press line and it sounds like this unit might drop right in, cast iron housing, Buna-N seals, same series. That 4535V platform, is that what this one's built on?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 28, 2025, 4:39 PM
Built on the 4535V series platform, yes. Cast iron construction and Buna-N seals are both confirmed on this unit, so for press machine applications that's a solid fit. The double vane configuration is part of what makes this series reliable for that kind of continuous-duty work.
