VICKERS DG5V 7 6C T MU H7 30

Description & Features

Designed for high-flow directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG5V 7 6C T MU H7 30 is a two-stage directional control valve capable of handling flow rates up to 380 litres per minute. It supports three- or four-way directional control configurations and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, making integration into existing hydraulic circuits straightforward across a wide range of equipment types.

Sealed with Buna-N for reliable fluid compatibility, this valve is suited to a broad spectrum of applications including die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore systems, press machinery, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems covering wind, steam, and water. Rated at 30 watts and offered across thousands of model variants, the Eaton Vickers Dg5V-7 series is a well-established platform in heavy industrial hydraulic circuit design.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Ray W on Jan 29, 2026, 7:33 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 380 LPM -- is that enough for press and die casting work or is it borderline for those applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 31, 2026, 11:55 AM
For press and die casting use, 380 liters per minute puts this valve well within a capable range. Both application types are explicitly listed as supported uses, so you're not stretching it. Die casting and foundry environments in particular demand responsive directional control under high-cycle conditions, and this valve is built with exactly that kind of service in mind. The two-stage design also helps manage flow at higher capacities without sacrificing control response.
