VICKERS DG4V3S2AZMUH560

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V3S2AZMUH560 is a single-stage directional control valve from the DG4V-3 60 Design series, manufactured by Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton. It supports three- or four-way directional control and is rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute, with a solenoid wattage of 30W and Buna-N seals suited to a broad range of hydraulic fluids.

Mounting follows industry-standard surface patterns, making integration into existing hydraulic circuits straightforward across a wide range of equipment types. Typical applications include machine tools, presses, die casting and foundry equipment, primary metal and paper machinery, marine and offshore systems, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems covering wind, steam, and water installations.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Randy K on Apr 13, 2025, 7:37 PM
Flow rate on this one says 80 litres per minute, is that enough to handle press or die casting equipment without choking up the circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 15, 2025, 1:46 PM
For most press and die casting setups, 80 litres per minute is right in the working range. Those applications tend to run moderate flow demands through their directional valves, and this unit sits comfortably within that. The DG4V-3 series was built with exactly those environments in mind, so you're not pushing it to its limits on a typical cycle.

Reckon this'll fit right onto a standard mounting surface, or is there somethin' special I need to know 'bout that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 12, 2026, 1:24 PM
It mounts on industry-standard surfaces, so integration into your existing hydraulic setup should be pretty straightforward.
