Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V 3 6C M FPBWL is a single-stage directional control valve capable of three- or four-way directional control with a maximum flow rate of 80 litres per minute. With a 30-watt solenoid and Buna-N seals, it is built for reliable performance across a range of hydraulic circuit configurations.
This valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, making it compatible with a wide variety of hydraulic system layouts. Suitable applications include machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control systems covering wind, steam, and water installations. The broad application range reflects the flexibility of the DG4V series across both process and motion control environments.

Question by: Sheila B on Jul 3, 2025, 9:35 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 litres per minute -- is that enough for a press application or would it be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 4, 2025, 9:38 PM
For most press circuits, 80 litres per minute gives you solid working room. Press applications are specifically listed among the intended uses for this valve, so it was built with that kind of demand in mind. Whether it's cutting it close depends on your system's actual peak flow requirements, but the valve is rated right in the range where press work typically operates.

reckon this'll fit where a DG4V-3-6C-M-FPBWL-H-7-60 is supposed to go?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 3, 2025, 9:17 PM
This Vickers DG4V 3 6C M FPBWL directional control valve is designed to mount on industry-standard surfaces, so it should be compatible with any hydraulic system layout that adheres to those standards.
