Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Troy B on Jun 30, 2025, 10:50 AM
Flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute, that enough for a machine tool setup running multiple actuators off the same circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 2, 2025, 9:33 AM
For most machine tool circuits pulling from a shared line, 80 liters per minute gives you a solid working margin, especially if your actuators aren't all demanding full flow simultaneously. The DG4V 3 series was built with machine tool applications in mind, so it handles that kind of multi-actuator environment well. Just make sure your upstream pump and line sizing aren't the bottleneck before blaming the valve.

Reckon this valve could handle the hydraulics on my old die casting machine?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 13, 2025, 11:20 AM
Absolutely, this Vickers valve is well-suited for die casting and foundry applications, among others.
