VICKERS DG20V 3 0A 60

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG20V 3 0A 60 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 75 litres per minute. Its Buna-N seals make it well suited to a broad range of hydraulic fluids, while its industry-standard mounting footprint simplifies integration into existing systems.

This valve covers a wide range of industrial applications, including machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, turbine control, and test equipment and simulation environments. With thousands of model variants available across the DG20V series, it is a versatile choice where precise directional flow management is required.

What kind of applications does this valve work for? I'm in a die casting plant.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 26, 2026, 11:09 AM
It's suitable for a range of industrial applications, including die casting, machine tools, presses, primary metal, marine/offshore environments, test equipment, simulation, and turbine control.
Question by: Glen M on Nov 11, 2025, 9:58 PM
Flow rate on this valve is listed at 75 litres per minute, that enough for a mid-size press circuit, or am I gonna be pushing it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 13, 2025, 6:18 AM
For a mid-size press circuit, 75 litres per minute is a solid ceiling to work with. That rating gives you enough headroom for most press applications without running the valve hard against its limits. Keep your actual system demand comfortably below that figure and you should be in good shape. The DG20V series was built with press applications specifically in mind, so the fit there is well established.
