Designed for three- or four-way directional flow control in demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4S4 016C J 60 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 95 litres per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a wide range of hydraulic media, and the valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing machine configurations.
This valve is well suited for a broad range of industrial sectors, including machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, turbine control, and test equipment and simulation applications. With thousands of models available across the DG4S4 series, this design offers flexibility to match specific circuit requirements without custom engineering.

Question by: Scott C on Sep 24, 2025, 6:43 PM
If I'm using this in a marine environment, should I be concerned about corrosion?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 26, 2025, 4:06 PM
Buna-N seals provide good fluid compatibility, which helps prevent corrosion in a marine environment.
Question by: Ronnie E on Nov 15, 2025, 6:38 PM
Flow rate on this one is listed at 95 litres per minute, that enough for a mid-size press circuit or are we pushing the limits there?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 17, 2025, 12:48 PM
For a mid-size press circuit, 95 litres per minute is generally a solid working capacity. The DG4S4 series handles three- or four-way directional control, so it's built for the kind of load-and-release cycles a press puts it through. As long as your system demand stays within that flow ceiling, you've got room to work without starving the circuit.
