Flow rate on this one shows 88 liters per minute, is that enough to run a dump truck hydraulic system without starving the circuit?

For most dump truck setups, 88.18 liters per minute is a solid output. The V20 series was built with dump truck applications in mind, so the flow capacity aligns well with that kind of work. As long as your system is sized around that flow rate and your lines aren't undersized, you shouldn't have issues keeping the circuit fed under load.
