Vickers-V20F 1P11P 38A6G 22L

Description & Features

A pressure-balanced, 12-vane design gives this cast iron vane pump low noise output and reduced flow pulsation across a wide range of industrial duty cycles. The Vickers V20F 1P11P 38A6G 22L delivers a flow rate of approximately 88 litres per minute and uses Buna-N seals, making it well suited for hydraulic circuits where consistent volumetric performance and fluid compatibility are priorities.

Part of the Vickers V20 Series by Danfoss/Eaton, this pump supports demanding applications including metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas service equipment. Its modular construction and available displacement range make it a practical fit across varied mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.

Question by: Kirk J on Nov 12, 2025, 3:13 PM
Running about 88 liters a minute through a plastic injection molding setup, that flow rate gonna hold steady or does this thing pulsate bad under load?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 14, 2025, 7:30 AM
Flow pulsation is actually one of the things the 12-vane pressure-balanced design specifically addresses. More vanes in the rotor means smoother, more consistent output compared to lower-vane-count pumps, so you're not going to see the kind of rough pulsation that causes problems in precision molding circuits. At roughly 88 liters per minute, the volumetric performance stays pretty consistent across a wide range of duty cycles, which is a big part of why this series gets used in injection molding equipment in the first place.

Hey, will this thing work okay on a dump truck?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 31, 2026, 1:41 PM
Application-wise, it’s definitely up to the task. This V20 series pump is used in equipment like dump trucks, so it should hold up just fine.
