Built on a pressure-balanced, modular 12-vane design, this cast iron vane pump delivers a flow rate of approximately 76.3 litres per minute and is suited to demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. The V-series architecture reduces noise and flow pulsation, making it a practical choice where consistent output and lower acoustic impact are priorities.
The Vickers V20F 1P9P 38B6H 22 uses Buna-N seals and is available across a wide range of displacements within the V20 Series. Typical applications include metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas systems.

Question by: Ross W on Apr 28, 2025, 1:02 PM
Running a wheel loader that's been giving us grief with noise and pressure spikes off the old pump. Would this Vickers V20F hold up to that kind of work and smooth things out any?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 30, 2025, 6:32 AM
Noise and flow pulsation are exactly what the V-series architecture was built to address. The 12-vane pressure-balanced design keeps output steady and cuts down on the acoustic and pressure variation you'd get from a less refined pump. Wheel loaders are listed as one of the intended applications, so you're well within the intended use case. The cast iron housing is built for demanding conditions, and at just over 76 liters per minute flow rate, it carries enough output for heavy mobile hydraulic work.

Will this handle the kinda pressures you get in a typical oil and gas setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 6, 2025, 9:44 AM
Application-wise, it's definitely suitable for oil and gas systems. It's also commonly used in metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, and even on dump trucks and wheel loaders.
