VICKERS 35V25A 86A22R

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the Vickers 35V25A 86A22R is a cast iron vane pump from the Vickers V Series, part of the Danfoss/Eaton product family. Its intra-vane cartridge design contributes to reduced noise levels and strong volumetric efficiency, characteristics that matter in continuous-duty environments such as metal cutting, plastic injection molding, oil and gas, dump trucks, and wheel loaders.

With a flow rate of approximately 121.2 litres per minute, this 35V Series pump is suited to medium-to-high flow hydraulic circuits. Cast iron construction supports durability across a range of working conditions, and the pump's design supports consistent performance where reliable fluid delivery is critical.

Running a plastic injection molding setup and need something that'll keep up with continuous cycles without a bunch of noise complaints from the guys on the floor. This pump gonna hold up to that kind of use?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 2, 2026, 7:50 AM
Cast iron construction and an intra-vane cartridge design are two of the main reasons this pump gets spec'd into injection molding environments. The intra-vane setup specifically helps keep noise down, which matters a lot when machines are running back to back all shift. Volumetric efficiency stays strong under those conditions too, so you're not losing flow consistency over time. Plastic injection molding is actually one of the listed applications for this pump, so it fits that use case well.

Can this handle the kind of pressures you'd find in plastic injection molding?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 21, 2026, 6:45 AM
It's designed for demanding industrial applications like plastic injection molding, metal cutting, and even oil and gas, so it should hold up just fine.
