VICKERS-DGMX2-5-PP-BW-RC-B-30

Description & Features

Designed for machine tool and general industrial hydraulic circuits, the VICKERS-DGMX2-5-PP-BW-RC-B-30 is a SystemStak directional control valve from Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton. Part of the DGMX2-5 30 Design series, it supports flow rates up to 120 litres per minute and uses Buna-N seals suited to a wide range of hydraulic fluids.

SystemStak construction allows multiple valves to be stacked together, reducing installation complexity and eliminating external leakage points between valve bodies. This manifold-style configuration also strengthens resistance to contamination compared to individually ported valve arrangements. The result is a compact, serviceable assembly well suited to multi-function hydraulic control panels in machine tool and broader industrial settings.

Question by: Terry B on Feb 16, 2026, 11:27 AM
Will this work okay in a hydraulic setup for a machine tool?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 18, 2026, 6:50 AM
Designed for machine tool and general industrial hydraulic circuits, this directional control valve is well-suited for those applications.
Question by: Rex B on Aug 2, 2025, 9:39 AM
flow rate on this one listed at 120 litres per minute -- is that enough for most machine tool setups running multiple functions off one panel?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 4, 2025, 6:06 AM
For multi-function machine tool panels, 120 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. The SystemStak design actually helps here because you can stack multiple valves together into one compact assembly, so the flow gets distributed across functions without the pressure drop penalties you'd see routing through a bunch of individually ported valves plumbed together with fittings. As long as your total circuit demand stays within that 120 LPM ceiling, this valve holds up well in that kind of multi-axis or multi-actuator arrangement.
