Vickers CT5 060A C M FW D5

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic circuits requiring precise pressure management, the Vickers CT5 060A C M FW D5 is an adjustable pressure control valve rated for flow up to 227 litres per minute. It functions as either a pressure relief or pressure regulating valve, allowing system pressure to be set to a defined maximum to protect downstream components.

Built with a Buna-N seal and a moisture-resistant construction, this valve suits demanding industrial environments where reliable sealing and consistent performance are priorities. The plug-and-play design simplifies installation and integration into existing hydraulic circuits. Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, it belongs to the CT5-06 series of pressure control valves.

Question by: Frank B on Jun 29, 2025, 3:12 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 227 litres per minute -- is that enough for most mid-size industrial hydraulic setups or is it on the lower end?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 1, 2025, 9:15 AM
For a good portion of mid-size industrial hydraulic circuits, 227 litres per minute is right in a comfortable working range. It handles pressure relief and pressure regulation duties without being undersized for the job. If your system runs close to or above that threshold, you'd want to size up, but for circuits built around controlled pressure management rather than raw high-volume throughput, this valve fits the bill.

Just want to make sure, this will actually work to keep my hydraulic pressure where I need it, right?

Designed as either a pressure relief or regulating valve, this Vickers CT5-06 valve lets you set the maximum pressure in your hydraulic system to protect other components.
