Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Jean H on Oct 12, 2025, 8:30 PM
flow rate on this one says 95 liters per minute -- is that enough to run a press application without starving the circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 13, 2025, 9:49 PM
For press work, 95 liters per minute is a solid flow rate and should keep up with most standard press circuits without restriction becoming a problem. The valve is actually listed for press applications alongside die casting, machine tool, and turbine control use, so it fits that kind of duty well. Just make sure your system demand at peak stroke doesn't push past that figure or you'll want to size up.

Will this here valve work alright in a marine environment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 5, 2026, 11:00 AM
This Vickers valve is suitable for marine and offshore applications, so it should work well for your needs. It's also good for die casting, machine tools, and turbine control.
