Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4V 3S 2AL M U B5 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute. With a solenoid power draw of 30 watts and Buna-N seals, it is suited for continuous-duty hydraulic systems across a range of operating environments.

Mounting follows industry-standard subplate patterns, simplifying integration into existing manifold assemblies. CSA approval supports use in certified installations, and the valve's design accommodates applications spanning machine tools, presses, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore systems, primary metal and paper processing, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment. flow rate on this one tops out at 80 LPM if I'm reading it right, that hold up for continuous duty press applications or is that more of a peak number?

Eighty litres per minute is the rated flow capacity for this valve, and it's built with continuous-duty hydraulic systems in mind. Press applications are actually one of the listed use cases, so running it in that kind of setup is well within what it's designed to handle. The Buna-N seals and 30-watt solenoid are sized for sustained operation, not just intermittent cycling.
