Question by: Chad F on Aug 29, 2025, 6:44 PM
flow rate on this one goes up to 94 LPM, that right? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our press line without bottlenecking the system
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 31, 2025, 7:07 AM
94 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so yes, that's correct. For press applications it's actually one of the listed use cases, so it's a reasonable fit for that kind of work. Just make sure the rest of your circuit is sized to match and you won't be leaving capacity on the table.

Hey, will this here Vickers valve work okay in a die casting setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 2, 2026, 11:26 AM
This DG5S4 valve is indeed suitable for die casting and foundry applications, as well as machine tool, press, and marine/offshore environments.
