Question by: Peggy B on Jun 2, 2025, 6:07 AM
What kind of applications is this valve good for? I work at a paper mill.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 3, 2025, 6:15 AM
This Vickers valve handles applications like die casting, marine environments, turbine control, and is also suitable for primary metal and paper applications, so it should work in your paper mill.
Question by: Lee W on Apr 22, 2025, 11:13 AM
Flow rate on this one says 13 liters per minute, that enough to keep up in a die casting setup runnin pretty much all day?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 24, 2025, 8:56 AM
For die casting applications, 13 liters per minute is well within the range this valve is built to handle. Die casting and foundry work are both listed as supported applications, so it was engineered with that kind of continuous, demanding environment in mind. The fluorocarbon seals also hold up better than standard rubber in the heat and chemical exposure you typically see in those settings, which matters when the equipment is running through a full production shift.
