Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Ross T on Feb 11, 2026, 10:41 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 liters per minute, is that enough for press or die casting work, or is it on the lower end for those applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 13, 2026, 6:25 AM
80 liters per minute puts this valve well within range for die casting, press, and similar industrial setups. Those applications vary a lot in their demands, but this flow rating is solid for high-performance use in exactly the environments the valve was built for, including machine tool systems, marine setups, and turbine control. It ain't a lightweight spec by any stretch.
Question by: Travis B on Jun 30, 2025, 12:52 PM
Will this here valve work okay for a die casting setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 2, 2025, 8:39 AM
It's applicable to die casting and foundry work, along with machine tools, marine/offshore, press, primary metal, paper, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control.
