Vickers DGMC 3 AT CW B41

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMC 3 AT CW B41 is a SystemStak directional control valve suited for use across a broad range of applications including machine tool, press, marine/offshore, die casting and foundry, primary metal and paper, turbine control, and test equipment and simulation environments.

This 41 Design valve supports flow rates up to 60 litres per minute and uses Buna-N seals for reliable fluid compatibility in standard hydraulic media. The SystemStak modular format reduces installation costs by eliminating the need for additional interconnecting hardware, while also minimizing potential external leakage points and boosting resistance to contamination, practical advantages in high-cycle or critical-duty installations.

Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, this valve falls within the IV Directional Control Valves category and carries a 1.87-inch width profile suited to compact manifold stack assemblies.

reckon this valve could handle bein' in a die casting operation? We run 'em pretty hard.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 22, 2025, 3:40 PM
Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMC 3 AT CW B41 is well-suited for die casting and foundry applications, among others like machine tool and marine/offshore setups. It should hold up fine in a high-cycle environment.
Question by: Daryl K on Sep 23, 2025, 7:48 PM
flow rate on this one tops out at 60 LPM, that right? trying to match it up for a press circuit we're running and need to make sure it ain't gonna be the bottleneck.
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 25, 2025, 6:49 AM
60 litres per minute is the rated maximum flow for this valve, so if your press circuit runs at or under that threshold, you're in good shape. The DGMC-3 41 Design is specifically listed for press applications, so the fit there makes practical sense beyond just the flow number.
