Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 litres per minute, that enough to handle a press circuit runnin pretty hard through a full shift?

For press applications, 80 litres per minute gives you a solid working ceiling for most mid-range circuit demands. This valve is specifically listed for press environments, so the flow capacity aligns well with what those systems typically push through a directional control valve. Running it hard through a full shift is within scope given the 30-watt coil and the duty it's built around. Just keep your actual system flow requirements under that 80 LPM mark and you're in good shape.
