The Vickers DG4V 3 7C M FPA5WL directional control valve is suitable for applications in die casting, foundry, machine tool, marine/offshore, press, primary metal, paper, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control (wind, steam, and water) applications. This Vickers valve features three- or four-way directional control.

This directional control valve is easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces. It has a flow rate of 80 liters per minute and requires 30 watts. The seal material is Buna-N. It measures 1.8 inches wide.

flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute -- is that enough for press or die casting work, or is it on the low end for those kind of applications?

For press and die casting setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate that covers a wide range of standard cycle demands in those environments. It's not a high-flow valve, so if your system pushes unusually heavy volume requirements you'd want to size accordingly, but for typical press and die casting circuits this sits right in a practical operating range. The three- or four-way directional control also gives you flexibility depending on how your circuit is laid out.
