flow rate on this one is 95 LPM, will that hold up running a press application without dropping off under load?

For press applications, 95 liters per minute is well within the range this valve is built to handle. Press duty is actually listed as one of the supported applications for this unit, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't designed for.
