Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMC2 5 AB BW BA BW is a SystemStak directional control valve built to the 30 design standard. Rated for flow up to 120 litres per minute, it is well suited to high-cycle applications across machine tool, press, primary metal, marine/offshore, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test and simulation environments.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media. The SystemStak mounting format reduces installation complexity by eliminating external leakage paths and cutting the number of external connections required, which also strengthens resistance to contamination ingress. No special features are noted beyond the standard configuration.

flow rate on this thing tops out at 120 LPM, is that enough for a press application or should I be looking at something bigger?

For most press circuits, 120 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. Press is actually one of the named applications this valve was built around, so you're in the right ballpark. Whether it fully covers your system depends on your actuator size and cycle speed, but the flow rating itself is not a limiting factor for typical press work.

Hey, I'm wondering if this Vickers valve would be a good fit for a die casting machine I'm working on?
