flow rate on this one says 95 litres per minute, that metric or is there a GPM equivalent i should be aware of for sizing purposes?

95 litres per minute works out to roughly 25 GPM, so if your circuit is sized in gallons that's the number to work with. Worth keeping in mind when you're matching this valve to your pump output and line sizing.
