Running this on a refuse hauler that cycles pretty much all day. Does this coil hold up to that kind of continuous use or is it gonna burn out on me?

Continuous duty is built right into this coil, so all-day operation on a refuse hauler is exactly the kind of load it's rated for. That's not an edge case for this part, it's one of the core applications it was put together to handle. You shouldn't see heat-related burnout from normal continuous cycling.
