VICKERS DG17V 3 6CL 60

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG17V 3 6CL 60 is a single-stage directional control valve built to perform across a broad range of industrial environments. With a flow rate of 75 litres per minute and Buna-N seals, it is well suited for applications where reliable fluid direction and consistent performance are required.

This valve mounts easily on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing hydraulic assemblies. Suitable applications include machine tools, presses, die casting and foundry equipment, primary metal and paper processing, marine and offshore systems, test equipment and simulation rigs, and turbine control systems covering wind, steam, and water configurations. The breadth of compatible applications reflects the adaptability of the Vickers DG17V platform across both mobile and stationary industrial machinery.

Question by: Billy A on Jan 18, 2026, 10:06 AM
If I'm hooking this up myself, is it gonna fit on standard equipment without needing a bunch of adapters?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 20, 2026, 6:36 AM
It mounts easily on industry-standard surfaces, so integration into existing hydraulic assemblies should be straightforward.
Question by: Ronnie H on Jun 15, 2025, 7:12 AM
Flow rate on this one is listed at 75 LPM, that enough to handle a mid-size press setup, or is this valve more suited for lighter-duty work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 16, 2025, 5:45 PM
Seventy-five litres per minute puts it in solid range for a good number of press applications. Vickers built this valve with press use listed as one of its primary uses, so it's not just a light-duty unit. Whether that flow ceiling fits your specific circuit depends on what else is in the system, but the valve itself is rated and intended for that kind of work.
