Vickers DG4V 3 6C M FTW B6

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4V 3 6C M FTW B6 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media, and the valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces for straightforward integration into existing systems.

Suited for a wide range of heavy-duty applications, including machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment, this valve is part of the broad DG4V-3 series, which offers thousands of model configurations to match specific circuit requirements. The Vickers brand, now under the Danfoss/Eaton portfolio, carries a well-established reputation in industrial hydraulic control.

Question by: Denise W on Dec 12, 2025, 10:43 AM
flow rate on this one is listed at 80 LPM, that enough for a press circuit runnin pretty hard most of the day?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 13, 2025, 5:52 PM
For most press applications, 80 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. That rating puts it well within range for demanding press circuits, and the DG4V-3 series is actually called out specifically for press use alongside primary metal and die casting work. Whether your system stays comfortably under that ceiling depends on what your pump and actuator demands look like at peak load, but the valve itself is built with that kind of duty in mind.
